So today I had

Ingredients:
9lbs of maris otter
1lb of biscuit.

60 minutes- cascade pellot hops.
30 minutes- 5.5 oz Cascade wet hops.

10 minutes -5.5 oz Cascade wet hops.

Mash sucked, temperatures fluctuated between 152 and 160 degrees, briefly dipping down to 150 degrees.

OG 12 Brix

Pitched Safale US-05 at around 85 degrees. No bubbling action as my peltier cooler does not have a tight seal, so CO2 is escaping through there. Bummer.
